The Glories of Bonfires

The bonfires have begun and it makes me so happy! It is one of the joys of living in the beautiful state of Utah. Every summer you are guaranteed bonfires up the canyon, tubing down the river, bbq's, smore's, camping and many other outdoor adventures. Truly I am blessed to get to live in a place that offers so many things to do. Last week I went to a couple bonfires and I was reminded of how much I love them and everything they entail. The whole concept of it is glorious. The building of the fire, cozying up to people around the fire and just chatting, telling jokes, making smore's, playing the guitar, I love it all! Here's to the beginning of another great summer of bonfires!

  1. I love bonfires--for the marshmallows! Coconut mallows is brilliant!!!

Sadly, I let vanity get in the way much of the time: I don't like my hair smelling like smoke. And I am usually always too hot on one side and too cold on the other. I am very fickle about temperature I suppose! But they are sooo fun! Enjoy the season!
