Manhattan {NY Part II}

After spending a  few days in Brooklyn the rest of the group arrived for our girls trip.
We started our morning off with the 911 Memorial Museum. I knew it would be an emotional
start to the day, but I'm so glad we decided to go. It really is a beautiful memorial to all those
men and women that tragically lost their lives that day.

The rest of our time in Manhattan we packed it to the rim with a Yankee's game,
a broadway, Once, it was amazing, eating out, shopping, China town and then we
headed back to Brooklyn to the Botanical Gardens {more on that later}. It was such a great
reunion in one of my favorite cities. Next time I vote we relax on a beach with some
tropical drinks!
^^Such a picturesque night.
^^The whole crew.
^^China Town.
^^Obligatory TS shot.
^^Strolling through Central Park before heading home.

Taco Tuesdays {Al Fresco}

 Nothing says summer to me like eating outside.  After a busy day at
work it's always nice to unwind with some simple, yet delicious tacos,
a refreshing lemonade and some family. I look forward to Tuesday's!

4th of July

I had a great fourth of July filled with family, friends, bbq's, pool time,
Carrie Underwood and fireworks.

Don't know what more I could have fit in! I love this holiday and I love
celebrating this wonderful country I live in. I am so blessed and so
thankful for all of those that serve to assure us our freedom.
God bless America!
 ^^Went to the pool with my little niece who's a 4th of July birthday girl.
^^My brothers the grilling masters.
